• Identifiers and profile information within the scope you authorize through LINE authentication or similar processes

• Proposals, quotes, contract procedures, billing and payment confirmation related to your consultation
• Creating and operating websites and promotional materials, providing learning materials and personal support
• Service maintenance, troubleshooting and prevention of misuse

5. External services

Our contact form uses FormSubmit and Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. LINE support uses LINE and the linked pages we provide. We use Firebase Hosting to serve the website and Google Fonts to display fonts. Depending on the feature used, input data, IP addresses and device or browser information may be sent to these services during use and communication.

External learning-material marketplaces, payment services and other linked sites are governed by their operators' terms and privacy policies. Please also review the information you authorize on the LINE authentication screen.

6. Information entered into AI services

When using AI in our work, we limit input to what is necessary for the information handled and its purpose. If a customer's personal or non-public information needs to be entered into an external AI service, we confirm the scope in advance and complete any necessary consent or other procedures.

7. Disclosure, correction and suspension of use

Please contact the office below to request notification of purposes, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion or suspension of use of personal data we hold. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with law. If we cannot comply, we will explain why.
