These are the terms for our paid services. Please review the quote and information provided before applying for the specific price, delivery schedule and scope of each service. A document or email stating the transaction terms will be provided free of charge without delay upon request.

- Prices and service fees
- Quoted individually. Fees, consumption tax treatment, contract periods and billing units for ongoing services will be explained in a quote or similar document before you apply. Learning material prices will be displayed on the relevant pages when sales begin.
- Additional costs
- Customers are responsible for bank transfer fees and internet connection charges. If domains, external tools, printing, shipping or other costs are charged separately, their details and amounts will be explained before you apply.
- Payment methods
- Credit card or bank transfer. Available methods depend on the service and will be explained before you apply.
- Payment timing
- The payment deadline for each service will be stated in the quote or information provided before you apply. For installment or recurring payments, the timing and amount of each payment will also be explained in advance.
- Service start / delivery timing
- Quoted individually. We will confirm the work and schedule and tell you the delivery date or service start date before you apply.
- Cancellation and refunds
Creation and personal support: cancellation before work begins is generally free. However, customers must cover actual external costs already arranged with their approval. Once work has started, we settle the fees for work performed and actual costs already incurred, and refund any remaining prepaid balance.
Digital learning materials: once sales begin, cancellation is generally available before access or delivery starts. Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds for customer convenience are generally not accepted after access or delivery starts.
If deliverables or learning materials have defects or do not match the contract, we will address them through corrections, replacement or other appropriate measures, separately from the customer-convenience conditions above. Nothing here limits statutory rights to cancellation, refunds or other remedies.
- Ending ongoing services
- Minimum service periods, renewals, cancellation notice deadlines and settlement methods will be specified individually before you apply. Cancellation requests are accepted by email or LINE.
- Required environment
- Internet access and a compatible device and browser are required. Accounts, software, paid plans and other requirements for each guide or service will be explained before you apply.
- Applications through external services
- If you apply through my.foodroute or an external learning-material marketplace, please also review the prices, delivery terms and transaction disclosures shown on that service's application screen.
