I have managed kitchens and restaurants, led overseas restaurant openings and spent five years working abroad. I later ran a food truck in Tokyo, teaching myself design and AI to put them to use in my own business.
Some people start a food business but struggle to keep it going and eventually give up. I founded FOOD ROUTE DESIGN to share what I have learned through hands-on work and running my own business, so they can keep operating for the long term and continue pursuing their dreams.
